My extensive and varied international career to date has been gained from working for leading global FMCG and Technology multinationals such as GlaxoSmithKline, British American Tobacco, Motorola and Nokia as well as smaller innovative and dynamic technology start ups that have all had successful exits.
Furthermore, the experience gained from working in international brand marketing and business development roles in different parts of the world for leading FMCG companies, when added to my extensive digital, mobile, web, advertising and mobile location based services experience, could be of great value to a leading Digital player in the development of its future strategy.
Passionate about all things digital and the development of new technologies, I have made it a speciality of mine to work closely with international companies to help them develop their strategies. By leading multi-functional teams to deliver the go to market plans, that when executed, enable the companies to meet their revenue and margin objectives.
As a result each new brand and service launched required a comprehensive strategy, relevant business model and go to market plan in order to create a compelling consumer proposition that would provide competitive advantage in each market.
I know how to interpret consumer needs and transform them into new products and services and it is these innovations that will continue to create and strengthen the engagement between brands and their consumers.
More explicitly, I am a creator and an innovator. I have created, developed and launched new products and services and even created new markets. I have an ability to federate international and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. I know how to think outside of the box and put myself in the mind of the consumer. I also know how to take these solutions to market quickly and achieve revenue and margin objectives.
It is with the above qualities that a company can really accelerate its time to market advantage over its competition as well as reinforcing loyalty from the consumers of its brands.
